Intern WANTED!
Position: Project Development Intern
We are looking for a highly motivated person to assist in developing a new education initiative aimed at raising awareness about the current climate reality, the future of rainforests and our individual and collective role in the global community.
The initiative will also provide concrete actions for individuals or institutions to protect rainforest, help tackle climate change whilst learning ways to become more responsible global citizens.
Key Role:
Assist in preparing, researching and organising dynamic presentations about current global affairs, climate change and the Amazon. The role will also involve implementing a pilot phase that will run a series of fun and interactive workshops in a secondary school using material generated.
What we are looking for:
Applicants must be dynamic, self-motivated, good communicators with a passion for education, the environment and have tenacity.
Length of Placement:
Minimum 3 months commitment required
This is a voluntary position but travel expenses within zones 1-2 will be paid. This intern position will be working for Bloomtrigger CIC and the Crees Foundation in central London.
